Zyveniq AI is a research assistant that plans, searches, and synthesizes reports on topics you give it, using third-party AI and search providers. It is a research aid, not a substitute for professional judgment — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise. Verify anything consequential against primary sources before acting on it.

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be able to form a binding contract to use this service (in most places, that means being 18 or older, or using it under a parent/guardian's account).

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal, or to generate content intended to deceive, defame, or harm someone.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access other users' data.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service without our written permission.
• Upload content you don't have the right to share.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the topics and documents you submit. Reports we generate are yours to use — we don't claim ownership over your research output. We're not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content; every report is a synthesis of what the underlying models and search results returned, not a guarantee of correctness.

Paid tiers, when enabled, are billed on the cycle and at the price shown at signup. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. Prices may change with advance notice.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Zyveniq AI isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on generated reports.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above, and where required, we'll notify you directly.
